Its First Show Friday!!

This week we asked Lauren Petrie about the first show she ever attended. From 2019-2020 Lauren played in the all girl band blush.

The first show Lauren ever attended was Guillozine’s girls to the front show at undercurrent in 2019 where Blush also played their first show.

“It was great to be at a women's centered event, playing in an all female band” Lauren said. Blush had such a fun time at the show, they decided to keep playing and became a household name. 

“It was super fun to jump into the music scene and figure out where we fit as a group. We didn't even have a name yet at the first show, but the environment was so cool and welcoming to start off in. It was a super cool time in the music scene around here too, so many young people were playing.”

It's been great to see Lauren grow since her first time on stage, we cant wait to see much more from her in the future.
