Bob Gill

It's Friday again everyone! This week might just be the interview we were most excited for because we got to have a chat with the man, the myth, the legend… Bob Gill!! 

“The first real show I played was at Holy Redeemer Gym in the Pier. I was about 12 or 13. The best memory from this show is the amazing feeling of playing music with my friends and the crowd's positive response.” 

Bob has always been such a huge supporter of local music and he is one of the most pivotal members in the scene. He is also an amazing musician and performer who always puts on a good show.

“The fact that people really enjoyed what we played, and it was so much fun made me want to keep playing music. Overall it was scary, it being my first ever show, but so exciting to play music for people who really enjoyed it.”

Bob has played in countless bands over the years including but not limited to Mr. Completely and Bob Gill and The Howlers. It was great talking to Bob this week and we can't wait to see more of him in his current band, Analog Signal! As always, check back next week to hear from some more local musicians.
